Job Title: Growth SpecialistLocation: NoidaRole Overview:As a Growth Specialist, you’ll own how ActionSync communicates its story to the world — through engaging content, thought leadership, and targeted campaigns that drive qualified leads. You’ll blend storytelling with analytics, helping convert readers and website visitors into paying customers. This role is ideal for someone who loves writing about technology, understands the B2B SaaS buyer journey, and knows how to use content to fuel growth.About ActionSync:We are building a secure Enterprise Assistant solution that connects data across various SaaS applications. While LLMs are powerful, they’re only as good as the context they’re provided. Our technology retrieves the most relevant information from diverse sources and delivers the right context to LLMs—unlocking their true potential.Key Responsibilities:Content Creation & ManagementWrite high-quality content including blogs, use-case pages, whitepapers, LinkedIn posts, and newsletters.Create comparison and feature pages highlighting our differentiation (e.g., self-hosting, data security, fixed licensing).Develop SEO-driven content strategies to rank for relevant AI, productivity, and workplace search topics.Collaborate with founders and product teams to translate technical features into clear business value.Growth & Lead GenerationDesign and execute campaigns that drive website traffic, signups, and demo conversions.Manage our content distribution across LinkedIn, email, communities, and partner channels.Conduct competitor and industry research to refine positioning and messaging.Track and optimize content performance with analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar).Required Skills and Qualifications:2–4 years of experience in content writing and lead generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS or AI startup.Excellent writing and communication skills — able to simplify complex technical concepts.Working knowledge of SEO, content analytics, and marketing automation tools.Experience with LinkedIn, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and Google Analytics.Curious about AI, workplace automation, and enterprise tech.Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.Familiarity with B2B funnel metrics — MQLs, CPL, CAC, conversion rates.Experience with technical writing for ML/AI products.Why Join ActionSync?Total CTC ₹12L/annum (equally divided among cash, equity and performance bonus)Opportunity to shape the voice and growth of an emerging AI SaaS brand.Fast-paced learning environment working directly with founders.Flexible work setup and creative autonomy.Competitive compensation and growth-oriented culture.
