Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating compelling social media content that engages audiences and drives results. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's voice online and ensuring our social media presence aligns with our overall marketing and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management
- Develop and execute creative and engaging social media strategies.
- Create high-quality content (posts, videos, stories, reels, etc.) tailored to platform-specific requirements (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of posts in alignment with campaigns and promotions.
Community Engagement
- Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build meaningful online relationships.
- Monitor and manage online conversations to maintain a positive brand image.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, impressions, click-through rates, etc.).
- Generate insightful reports to evaluate campaign success and inform future strategies.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize content and campaigns for maximum ROI.
Trend Spotting & Innovation
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Propose and execute innovative ideas to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, sales) to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with external agencies, influencers, or content creators for partnerships and collaborations.
Key Qualification and Skills
- Completed their bachelor’s degree
- 2-5 years of proven experience in managing social media platforms for brands.
- Strong content creation skills, with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
- Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for experimenting with new content formats and strategies.
- Advanced knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Experience with paid social media campaigns is an added advantage.
- Location – Gurgaon
- Work mode – Work from Office 6 days (Mandatory).
