Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating compelling social media content that engages audiences and drives results. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's voice online and ensuring our social media presence aligns with our overall marketing and business objectives. Key Responsibilities : Content Creation & Management Develop and execute creative and engaging social media strategies. Create high-quality content (posts, videos, stories, reels, etc.) tailored to platform-specific requirements (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of posts in alignment with campaigns and promotions. Community Engagement Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build meaningful online relationships. Monitor and manage online conversations to maintain a positive brand image. Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, impressions, click-through rates, etc.). Generate insightful reports to evaluate campaign success and inform future strategies. Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize content and campaigns for maximum ROI. Trend Spotting & Innovation Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. Propose and execute innovative ideas to keep the brand ahead of the curve. Collaboration Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, sales) to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns. Work closely with external agencies, influencers, or content creators for partnerships and collaborations. Key Qualification and Skills Completed their bachelor’s degree 2-5 years of proven experience in managing social media platforms for brands. Strong content creation skills, with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling. Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Creativity and enthusiasm for experimenting with new content formats and strategies. Advanced knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite). Experience with paid social media campaigns is an added advantage. Location – Gurgaon Work mode – Work from Office 6 days (Mandatory).
