Key Responsibilities:


Contract Management:

  • Support in the implementation and utilization of Contract Lifecycle Management Tool (CLM) to manage the entire lifecycle of contracts from initiation to execution.
  • Review the template driven contracts and finalize in accordance with legal standards and company policies.


Legal MIS Updates:

  • Maintain and update the Legal Management Information System (MIS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Liaise with the external lawyers and provide all inputs and support in litigation.


E-Signature Management:

  • Manage and facilitate the use of e-signature tools to streamline the document signing process.
  • Ensure all e-signatures are collected in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Troubleshoot any issues related to e-signature technology and coordinate with service providers as needed.


Obligation Abstraction and Management:

  • Abstract key obligations from contracts and ensure accurate tracking and management.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to facilitate the timely execution of obligations and manage any associated risks.
