Job title - Academic ManagerLocation: Bengaluru, IndoreKey Responsibilities:* Oversee academic delivery and administration at the designated grade level, ensuring excellence in academic results.* Coordinate with central committees and schools to implement the curriculum as per established guidelines.* Establish and promote high standards and expectations across all partnered schools.* Ensure adherence to departmental policies and processes.* Be prepared to travel within the city and occasionally to other locations; extensive travel within Karnataka is expected for the Bengaluru role; extensive travel within Madhya Pradesh is expected for the Indore role.Expected Competencies:* Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed recommendations.* Proficiency in technical tools relevant to academic management.* Ability to drive consensus in decision-making, especially in conflicting situations.* Extroverted, result-oriented, and capable of mentoring and leading teams to achieve outcomes.* Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-growth and dynamic environment.* Capacity to handle ambiguity, understand requirements, and implement solutions effectively.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Required Candidate Profile:* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Science, Arts, or Commerce.* Mandatory B.Ed qualification.* 5 to 6 years of experience in academics, with at least 1 year in a leadership role such as Coordinator, Supervisor, HOD, Examination Head, Lead Teacher, Head Teacher, or Academic Manager.
