The ideal candidates will possess a blend of advanced technical skills and a creative, problem-solving mindset, ready to translate novel data and algorithms into market-leading performance. Career focused on applying ML, deep learning, and alternative data to financial markets. Experience in feature engineering, model training, and backtesting on large datasets. Ongoing engagement with leading research in AI and quantitative finance. Projects And Performance: Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models that have generated quantifiable alpha (e.g., "Experience using alternative data (e.g., Proven ability to take projects from research to live, production-grade trading systems. Expertise in statistical modeling, time-series analysis, and machine learning frameworks. The ability to manage and lead a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers. Proficient in Python with expertise in Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Experienced with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP). Qualifications, Licenses And Academic Achievements: in Computer Science, ML, Statistics, or related field preferred. Published research or conference presentations in ML or computational finance a plus. Collaborative, able to bridge financial theory and advanced technology with engineers and researchers.
