This position will require interaction with finance contacts in all Carrier segment and business units, World Headquarters FP&A teams, Carrier global operations team and the digital technology team.Key Responsibilities:Drive Productivity in a $4 billion global spend across logistics and indirect materialIndirect & Logistics productivity projects review and approval to move from WAVE to PSRPartner with global category leaders and regional operations finance team to review and analyze projects to identify financial implications and risksPrepare monthly spend and productivity reporting packages for indirect and logisticsStandardize and assist in the preparation of productivity target guidance and status updatesAnalyze data to identify potential risks and opportunities for stakeholders (global and regional teams)Support the Director Supply Chain Finance leader, with ad hoc analytics and requests.Work closely with Supply Chain COE team on various projects and reportingDrive standardization and process improvement across all aspects of planning and reporting, including sharing best practices.Conduct financial analysis of actual results and forecast/planning scenarios related to operations productivityRequirementsFinancial Management system experience (HFM)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Independent driven problem solverAttention to accuracy and execution is a mustAbility to thrive in a rapidly changing environmentExcellent time management and project management skillsAbility to summarize key messages from analysis of raw dataPrevious experience with productivity analysis preferredBenefitsWe are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary.Have peace of mind and body with our health insuranceDrive forward your career through professional development opportunitiesAchieve your personal goals with our Employee Assistance ProgrammeOur commitment to youOur greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
