Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field.Key Responsibilities: Maintain delinquency levels below 0.25% through strategic credit management practices. Make timely credit decisions and conduct Probability of Default (PD) and appraisal of caseswithin specified Turnaround Time (TAT). Conduct training sessions for Field Operations Staff (FOS) on KYC (Know Your Customer) anddocumentation procedures to streamline processes and reduce TAT. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of legal and technical aspects pertinent to creditmanagement. Ensure strict adherence to product and policy guidelines to minimize audit observations andmaintain compliance. Manage Over The Counter (OTC) and Post Dated Cheques (PDD) effectively to mitigate risks. Maintain regular communication with vendors to ensure timely delivery of reports. Screen files and communicate queries to respective FOS, with necessary copies to Hub CreditHead (HCH). Prepare Credit Appraisal Memos (CAM) and provide assistance to Hub Credit Head in creditevaluations. Ensure accurate OMNI/system entries and compliance with established processes.Desired Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Sound knowledge of credit management processes and compliance standards. Proficiency in OMNI/system entries.
