We are currently seeking an accomplished Enterprise Sales Strategist to spearhead the acquisition of new business and drive growth for our cutting-edge AI solutions.About the RoleAs a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for owning new business acquisition and driving revenue growth through strategic account management, enterprise sales & hunting, CXO-level engagement, and consultative selling.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute tailored sales strategies to acquire new enterprise accounts and expand existing ones.Possess strong stakeholder management skills to build trusted relationships with CXOs and transformation leaders.Collaborate with product, pre-sales, and engineering teams to design contextual demos, PoCs, and tailored enterprise AI deployments.Maintain a strong pipeline with disciplined CRM hygiene, commercial negotiation, and predictable closure cycles.Drive structured prospecting, partnerships, and channel alliances to unlock new enterprise opportunities.Represent our organization at forums, events, and thought-leadership spaces to evangelize AI adoption across industries.Requirements5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in AI, SaaS, automation, or enterprise CX transformation.A proven track record as a hunter, consistently exceeding revenue targets.Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to sell to CXO, digital transformation, and operations leaders.Exposure selling complex technology solutions such as conversational AI, AI agents, workflow automation, or automation stacks.Ability to thrive in high-velocity, early-stage environments with high ownership.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Good to have: Tier-1 educational background.
