Job Purpose:


This role is responsible for leading the Salesforce application initiatives, overseeing the implementation of Salesforce, MuleSoft and Java platforms for lending system transformation.


This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and a proven track record in managing large-scale projects. You will be expected to drive the overall Salesforce strategy, manage project delivery, and lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
  • Manage the end-to-end Salesforce implementation process, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Oversee the integration of Salesforce with MuleSoft and Java platforms for comprehensive system transformation.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Salesforce applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and innovation.
  • Lead project management activities, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management for Salesforce projects.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and best practices within the Salesforce development team.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and industry trends to continuously enhance the organization's Salesforce capabilities.


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
  • Overall 20+ Years experience and 10+ years experience in Salesforce application management, with expertise in Salesforce, MuleSoft and Java platforms, particularly in lending system transformation and implementation.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionalities, including architecture components such as Sales and Service Clouds.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience managing large, complex projects.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce application development, including configuration, triggers, process builders, workflows, Lightning Experience, Apex coding, batch processes, and database design
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Strong communication, leadership and decision-making skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, driving successful project outcomes.
