Time Management Consultant

Key Responsibilities: Configure absence plans, time-off, accrual, work schedules, time calculations, time entry code and time entry template. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting and system optimization. Assist in day-to-day operations, answering queries from business stakeholders.Key Qualifications: 3-5 years experience with Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management configuration and support. Experience supporting multiple clients on Workday Time and Absence. At least one implementation experience on Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management. Strong analytical skills, ability to gather and analyze business requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead or participate in full Workday project life cycles. Possess strong documentation and presentation skills. Workday certification(s) in Time Tracking and Absence Management is a plus. Experience with Workday HCM or Payroll modules is a plus.
