Remote Medical Office Coordinator PositionWe are seeking an experienced Remote Medical Office Coordinator to support our healthcare operations.Provide administrative & clinical assistance to care teams via virtual channels.Update and manage patient data in electronic health record systems, including Point Click Care.Manage calls, configure RingCentral settings, and schedule patient appointments, follow-ups.Coordinate provider calendars and prepare invoices for approval.Order labs and medication refills upon physician direction.Create reports, trackers, and dashboards using MS Excel and Adobe PDF.Prepare credentialing packets for providers and facilities.Monitor, sort, and distribute incoming faxes with accurate documentation.Organize and respond to shared email inquiries in a timely manner.Track and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and workflows.Communicate with providers regarding updates and follow-up actions.Analyze and update patient lists to identify preventive care needs.Upload, scan, and organize documents into EHRs and other applications.Offer additional administrative support to physicians and facilities as needed.This role is ideal for individuals with 2+ years of experience in US medical practices, strong knowledge of electronic health records, and a degree in Bachelor of Dental Surgery or related field. Strong communication skills are also essential.
