Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned professional to design, implement and manage our Enterprise AI API platform.The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a scalable, secure and robust API ecosystem using industry-leading technologies.API Development: Utilize IBM API Connect, DataPower gateways or equivalent platforms to create high-quality APIs.API Governance: Define authentication, authorization, rate limiting, quotas, versioning and lifecycle management policies.API Gateway Management: Configure routing, transformation, orchestration and protocol mediation for REST, SOAP and GraphQL APIs.Developer Portal Setup: Publish APIs, onboard internal and external developers and manage documentation.Monitoring and Analysis: Track API usage, performance and latency; analyze usage patterns and production issues.Security and Resilience: Secure back-end integrations, validate payloads and mitigate threats for high availability.Cloud Experience: Good knowledge of AWS cloud services like API Gateway, S3 and EKS is required.Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with API management best practices, emerging protocols and evolving industry capabilities.
