The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, a strong background in ITSM/ITOM modules, and proven experience in designing, developing, and integrating enterprise-level solutions.You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to implement robust, scalable, and efficient workflows across multiple domains.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop custom ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).Develop client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and custom widgets using JavaScript and the Glide API.Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and other middleware.Configure and maintain CMDB, discovery, and asset management modules.Implement automation using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Orchestration.Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation.Ensure platform stability, scalability, and performance optimization.Manage and review update sets, version control, and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow deployments.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and ITIL best practices.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and administrators.Required Skills & Qualifications6+ years of hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.Strong command of JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.In-depth knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Portal customization.Proven experience with integrations — REST, SOAP, JSON, LDAP, JDBC, and external APIs.Experience in Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Custom Applications.Familiarity with Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Security (ACLs).Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in a collaborative DevOps environment.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Preferred CertificationsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM, ITOM, or HRSDAdditional certifications in Discovery, IntegrationHub, or App Engine are a plus.Why Join Enterprise Minds?💻 100% Remote Work (India-based flexibility)🚀 Opportunity to work with top-tier global clients🤝 Collaborative, innovative, and growth-driven work culture🌱 Continuous learning and certification supportHow to Apply📩 Send your CV to: nivetha.s@eminds.aiSubject: Senior ServiceNow Developer / Architect – Remote (India)
