The candidate will be expected to be based out of Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities and closing deals. This is a quota-carrying hunting sales role.QualificationsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsProven experience as an Account Executive/Account Director selling software to Banks, NBFCs and similar financial institutions in India5+ years of enterprise sales experience (Max 10 years)Ability to work with senior executives at large banks and financial institutionsAbility to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detailA proven track record of achieving sales targetsExcellent time management and organizational skillsGood knowledge of lending software, fintech APIs and document processing softwareBachelor's or master's degree in any fieldCompensation & RewardsCompetitive Base salary + Sales Commission + ESOPsUncapped Incentive Plans (10% of revenue for net-new accounts, 5% for account expansion)Great culture Great People
