Expert IVR Configuration SpecialistWe are seeking an expert-level Talkdesk consultant to design, build and optimize our IVR and Studio workflows for a call center. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing complex IVR flows, dynamic routing logic, API integrations, compliance-driven call workflows using Talkdesk Studio.Key Responsibilities:Design, build and optimize Talkdesk IVR/Studio flows with multi-level menu structures and dynamic routing.Configure queues, skills, ring-groups, callback flows, SLAs and call-handling automation.Integrate Talkdesk CRM case-management systems APIs webhooks data actions.Build workflows for financial-services use cases including payments claims status updates collections compliance routing.Implement call recording consent prompts regulatory messaging audit-ready routing.Conduct testing, troubleshoot call logic and provide technical documentation handoff.Requirements:5+ years of experience with Talkdesk IVR, Studio, routing CX platform configuration.Strong knowledge of call center operations in BFSI, collections and financial-services environments.Experience with APIs scripting, webhooks integrations Talkdesk Data Actions.Expertise in call-flow logic queue management SLAs real-time metrics.Ability to work independently delivering fast support within U.S. business hours.
