Job OverviewThis is a challenging role for an experienced professional to lead the planning, execution, and coordination of user acceptance testing (UAT) for credit risk strategies and scorecard integrations.The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in SAS, experience in testing or validating credit risk or decision engine strategies, and hands-on experience with UAT management, test planning, and defect tracking tools.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of detailed test plans, test cases, and test result documentation for all testing cycles.Conduct decision integration testing to validate end-to-end strategy logic, inputs, outputs, and decision outcomes.Perform unit testing of individual credit strategies or rule components to confirm correct implementation of business logic.Analyze test data using SAS, comparing results against expected outputs.Prepare and maintain Excel-based validation templates and reporting to support business stakeholders in reviewing outcomes.Support go-live readiness through UAT sign-offs and ensure audit-ready documentation of results.Required Skills and Qualifications:Programming Skills: Strong SAS programming skills – data extraction, manipulation, and validation.Credit Risk Experience: Proven experience in testing or validating credit risk or decision engine strategies.UAT Management: Hands-on experience with UAT management, test planning, and defect tracking tools.MS Excel: High proficiency in MS Excel for validation, reconciliation, and reporting.Communication Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the organization.Professional growth and development opportunities.A competitive compensation package.
