Relationship Manager Intern
Location: Gurgaon, India
Salary Range: ₹7K-₹12K per month
Experience: 0 – 2 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for app partners.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with partners.
- Address partner queries and ensure prompt resolution of their concerns.
- Onboarding New Partners:
- Guide new partners through the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration with our platform.
- Provide necessary training and support to help partners familiarize themselves with our app.
- WhatsApp Group Management:
- Actively manage partner communication via dedicated WhatsApp groups.
- Share regular updates, announcements and respond to partner queries in the group.
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and approach potential new partners to join our platform.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and outreach.
- Feedback and Reporting:
- Gather feedback from partners to help improve platform services and features.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the team on partner engagement and lead conversion.
