Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team at Etail Consultants Private Limited. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth expertise in managing financial operations, accounting processes, and compliance, specifically within the e-commerce and quick commerce industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management:
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
2. Accounting Operations:
• Ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping and general ledger management.
• Handle accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and taxation.
3. Compliance & Auditing:
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Liaise with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
4. Cost Management:
• Analyze costs and provide insights for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Monitor operational efficiency in the e-commerce and quick commerce financial workflows.
5. Team Leadership:
• Supervise and mentor junior accountants, fostering professional growth and efficiency.
6. Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and technology, to align financial goals with overall business objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Qualifications:
• Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Experience:
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the e-commerce or quick commerce industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance within the sector.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in financial tools/software such as Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
