Job Description: Associate Accountant (Tally Entry & Bookkeeping)

Location: Golf Course Extension Road

Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Experience Required: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Role Overview:

Etail Consultants Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Accountant to handle Tally data entry and basic bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, support daily accounting operations, and assist in maintaining the company’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tally Data Entry:

• Record daily financial transactions accurately in Tally ERP.

• Maintain ledgers for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

2. Bookkeeping:

• Organize and manage accounting documents, including invoices, receipts, and expense records.

• Ensure accurate and timely entry of all transactions.

3. Cash and Bank Management:

• Handle petty cash transactions and maintain proper documentation.

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.

4. Financial Reporting Support:

• Assist in generating basic financial reports for management review.

• Support the finance team in maintaining compliance with accounting policies.

5. Documentation:

• Maintain organized and complete accounting records for audit purposes.

• Handle routine administrative tasks related to finance and accounts.

Key Requirements:

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory.

• Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role.

• Skills:

• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic financial tools.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.
