Looking for an Installation Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of signage installation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. This role includes managing installation teams, coordinating with clients and internal departments, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in signage installation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and manage installation projects from start to completion
- Plan teams for site visits surveys to assess installation requirements
- Supervise and lead installation crews and subcontractors on-site
- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and client expectations
- Monitor and enforce safety standards and risk assessments on all job sites
- Maintain accurate records of installations, including photos, documentation, and client sign-offs
- Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide effective solutions quickly
Requirements:
- Proven experience in signage installation & team management (minimum 5 years)
- Strong knowledge of signage types and installation methods (e.g., illuminated signs, vinyl graphics, totems, wayfinding, etc.)
- Ability to read technical drawings and installation specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.
- Basic electrical knowledge (especially for illuminated signage)
