Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled PDI Application Support Specialist to provide top-notch support for our PDI applications across multiple retail locations.Main Responsibilities:Deliver expert-level support for PDI applications, ensuring seamless operations and prompt issue resolution.Maintain system performance, guaranteeing platform stability and uptime.Troubleshoot complex incidents, configuration issues, and integration failures.Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and end-users to drive operational excellence.Document fixes, SOPs, support workflows, and known issues to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.Perform routine checks, maintenance tasks, and release validations to prevent downtime.Support operational changes, upgrades, and patch cycles to maintain a stable environment.Ensure timely resolution of tickets in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).5+ years of hands-on experience supporting PDI applications, including Back Office, Logistics, Fuel Management, or Store Systems.Strong understanding of retail fuel/convenience store workflows and business processes.Experience working with ticketing and monitoring tools to optimize support processes.Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve complex issues.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to drive collaboration and results.Ability to work independently in a dynamic production support environment.Desirable Skills:Experience with GK/NCR POS systems or similar retail POS platforms to expand technical capabilities.Exposure to ITIL processes (Incident/Change/Problem Management) to enhance service quality and efficiency.Background supporting US clients or working in overlapping time zones to accommodate diverse needs.Soft Skills:Reliable and accountable in high-pressure support environments.Fast learner with attention to detail to drive precision and accuracy.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.
