About the Company:Our client company is the automotive sensor manufacturing industry.About the Role:Junior Engineer - Customer qualityResponsibilities:- Customer Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality issues. Handle customer complaints, returns, and warranty claims with professionalism and efficiency.- Quality Assurance: Monitor and analyze product quality data, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality policies.- Problem Resolution: Investigate quality issues and defects, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.- Feedback Integration: Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Advocate for customer needs and ensure their concerns are addressed in product development and production processes.- Reporting: Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key issues, resolution status, and improvement recommendations.- Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality issues, corrective actions, and resolutions. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and compliant with industry regulations.Qualifications:Diploma / BE in ElectronicsRequired Skills:2-4 years of experience in customer quality in the automotive industryPreferred Skills:Experience in South Korean MNCPay range and compensation package:Salary: As Per CompanyEqual Opportunity Statement:Include a statement on commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
