Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer claims and warranty quality issues
  • Lead and support quality audits and process/product audits
  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality assurance)
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a quality-related role in the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA) and methodologies (8D, A3, Fishbone, 5 Whys, DMAIC)
  • Mastery of VW Group CSR and IATF 16949
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma is highly preferred
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • Estimated salary: around £22,000 per annum, with possible increases up to £25,000 after probation
  • Bonus range: up to $500 USD after probation
  • Housing arranged by the company
  • Probation period: 3-6 months, to be decided in the offer
