On any given day, you might:Support customers with technical queries, helping them troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Excel models or the Coherent Spark platformLog and manage support tickets using internal tools, keeping things well-organized and customers informedReview and test Excel models to identify issues or optimization opportunitiesAssist in converting and preparing Excel models for use within our platformWork closely with senior team members, project managers, and developers to understand client needs and deliver quality solutionsCommunicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, explaining technical issues in simple, relatable termsParticipate in team discussions and contribute to improving support processes and documentationWhat You'll Need to SucceedWe're looking for curious minds and problem-solvers—people who are eager to learn and make an impact.
