About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and scale our Fresher Training Programs. This role will focus on building future-ready talent by blending technology training, behavioral development, and business readiness programs. The ideal candidate is energetic, hands-on, and metrics-driven, with a proven track record of managing large-scale fresher cohorts, working with multiple stakeholders, and creating measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Design & Strategy:
- Develop comprehensive Fresher Onboarding and Learning Journeys across technical, functional, and behavioral domains
- Align programs with business priorities, emerging technologies, and client expectations
- Ensure freshers are prepared to transition into billable roles smoothly.
2. Program Execution & Management:
- Drive end-to-end management of Fresher cohorts, ensuring seamless scheduling, trainer allocation, labs, and learning infrastructure
- Partner with technical SMEs and external vendors for high-quality delivery
- Build strong learner engagement mechanisms to ensure high participation and completion.
3. Metrics & Impact Measurement:
- Define success metrics for each training track and report progress to leadership
- Track outcomes such as program completion, assessment scores, conversion to projects, and on-the-job performance
- Continuously refine programs based on data insights and business feedback
4. Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration:
- Partner with business leaders, hiring teams, and delivery managers to ensure alignment of training to business needs
- Manage external training vendors and ensure high-quality, cost-effective delivery
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on fresher development and readiness
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on Fresher/Early Career Programs
- Proven expertise in designing and scaling both technical and behavioral learning interventions. Strong program management, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills. Experience in data-driven L&D delivery with ability to link learning effectiveness to business outcomes
- Energetic, collaborative, and passionate about developing young talent
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
