We work with clients across the US, UK, and India.We are hiring a Remote Upwork Bidding Expert who can help us grow through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer in a structured and systemised manner.Role Overview The main responsibility is to identify relevant projects, send proposals, manage bidding pipelines, and coordinate with our internal sales team to convert leads into clients. You should be familiar with how to bid in a systematic way and maintain daily records of performance.Key Responsibilities : Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platformsWrite customised proposals following our given frameworkMaintain detailed records of bids, conversations, and outcomesCoordinate with marketing and sales teams to track conversionsOptimize bidding strategy based on performanceSubmit daily and weekly reportsRequirements :Minimum 1–2 years of experience working on Upwork or similar platformsStrong communication skills in EnglishExperience working with agencies offering services like video editing, design, marketing, or automationProven record of winning projects or generating consistent leadsOrganized and process-driven approach to biddingFamiliar with CRMs or spreadsheets for tracking Why Work With Us : Remote work opportunity with a fast-growing global agency groupFixed monthly salary with performance-based bonusesSystemized work culture with growth opportunitiesBe part of a professional and creative team
