The Online Bidder will be responsible for bidding and proposal writing on platforms like Upwork. The role also involves research, communication, and training.QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical skills and ability to research and analyze project requirementsStrong writing skills for creating compelling proposalsAbility to provide training and guidance to team membersExperience in bidding and proposal writing on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedInKnowledge of market trends and competitionQualification in Business Administration or a related field is a plusAdditionally, knowledge of the latest tech stacks for product development and experience in Agile development methodologies would be beneficial.
