Position Overview We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Upwork & Freelancer Bidding Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities across Upwork, Freelancer , or any other bidding platforms writing persuasive proposals, managing bid pipelines, and coordinating with our internal team to convert leads into long-term clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands agency services and knows how to pitch effectively in the digital marketplace. Key Responsibilities Identify, shortlist, and bid on relevant projects across Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer . Write personalized, compelling proposals aligned with client needs and our service offerings. Maintain detailed records of bids, client communications, and project outcomes. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead conversions. Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize bidding strategies . Prepare daily and weekly performance reports to track progress and ROI. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in bidding and lead generation on Upwork or similar platforms. Strong English communication and proposal-writing skills. Familiarity with creative and marketing services such as branding, website design, video editing, and digital marketing. Proven record of winning projects or generating consistent leads . Organized, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple bids simultaneously.
