Standardize and streamline budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and deliver accurate, timely monthly and quarterly management reports to senior leadership. Consolidate financial data across business units/regions for a holistic view of performance. Present dashboards, KPIs, and executive summaries to inform business decisions.Financial Systems - HFM/PBCS Support: Manage and support financial planning, consolidation, and reporting processes within HFM/PBCS systems. Act as liaison between Finance and IT/System Administrators for Hyperion and Oracle PBCS. Partner with teams and external consultants to implement automation and process improvements.
