Financial Analyst PositionWe are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to drive financial reporting excellence, support planning processes and deliver actionable insights through robust reporting tools.This role is pivotal in driving business forward by developing and maintaining reports, designing dashboards, and serving as a subject matter expert for financial planning systems.Develop and optimize reports using HTML and OfficeConnect reporting tools;Design and manage Adaptive Dashboards; Serve as subject matter expert for Adaptive Planning.Prepare and deliver accurate timely financial reports; Create dynamic visualizations and dashboards; Support forecasting and budgeting processes.Partner with departments to provide financial analysis scenario modeling and decision support; Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.Apply accounting knowledge to ensure accurate financial statements and adherence to GAAP standards; Collaborate with accounting teams to reconcile data and validate reporting integrity.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.5+ years of experience in financial analysis roles.Advanced proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning including HTML reporting OfficeConnect and dashboard creation.Strong understanding of financial modeling forecasting and variance analysis.Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Preferred AttributesExperience supporting multiple departments in a corporate environment.Ability to translate complex financial data into clear actionable insights.Detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement automation.Competencies & Soft SkillsStrong knowledge of metadata use and the role that Facts Dimensions and Attributes play in reporting models.Ability to see the big picture align financial analysis with business goals.Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.Comfortable with change able to pivot quickly in dynamic environments.Clear concise in presenting complex financial data.Proactive in identifying issues implementing solutions.
