We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial reporting excellence and support FP&A processes.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and optimize reports using HTML and OfficeConnect reporting tools;Design and manage Adaptive Dashboards. Serve as subject matter expert for Adaptive Planning.Prepare and deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports;Create dynamic visualizations and dashboards;Support forecasting and budgeting processes.Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles.Advanced proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning, including HTML reporting, OfficeConnect, and dashboard creation.Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.Preferred AttributesExperience supporting multiple business functions in a corporate FP&A environment.Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.Detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement and automation.Competencies & Soft SkillsStrong knowledge of the applicability and use of metadata and the role that Facts, Dimensions, and Attributes play in the development of reporting and dashboarding models in Adaptive Planning.Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and align financial analysis with business goals.Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.Adaptability: Comfortable with change and able to pivot quickly in dynamic environments.Communication: Clear and concise in presenting complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions.
