Key responsibilities include variance analysis, reporting package preparation, data transformation, and maintenance of financial processes.Key Responsibilities:Conduct detailed variance analysis for revenues, expenses, and margins across entities and on a consolidated basis.Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for Senior Leadership.Highlight actionable insights through data analysis.Transform data from NetSuite and Odoo, ensuring data integrity across reports.Maintain and improve financial reporting processes.Create PowerBI dashboards to visualize performance.Aid in creating and managing the annual budget.Provide Ad-Hoc analysis as required by the finance team.Requirements:3-5 years' experience in Finance and/or Accounting.Relevant college degree.Experience with detailed variance analysis.NetSuite/Odoo experience is an asset.Essential Skills:Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Highly proficient Excel user.
