Based in India, we are a fast-growing startup committed to innovation and transforming the shared-living space through technology.Role Description — Talent Acquisition Specialist (On-Site, Nagpur)We are hiring a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Nagpur. In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and screening to onboarding top talent. You will actively collaborate with the founders, shape hiring strategies, and build a strong employer brand to support Tifstay's fast-paced growth.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes across tech & business rolesSource, evaluate, and screen potential candidates through multiple channelsConduct interviews and coordinate evaluation processes with hiring teams/foundersLead onboarding for new hiresBuild and execute employer branding and talent pipeline strategiesMaintain hiring dashboards and recruitment metricsPartner closely with leadership to align hiring needs with business goalsQualificationsStrong experience in full-cycle recruiting (sourcing → screening → onboarding)Hands-on experience conducting professional interviews and assessmentsKnowledge of technical hiring and startup-style recruitmentUnderstanding of employer branding and talent engagement strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-driven startup environmentExperience in a technology-focused or SaaS startup is an advantageLocation Nagpur — On-site roleWhy Join Tifstay?Work closely with founders & leadershipBuild the hiring engine of a fast-growing startupHigh ownership & learning-driven environmentOpportunity to shape the future of tech in the shared-living ecosystem
