Roles and Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for managerial and senior managerial roles across diverse business functions.Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using job portals, professional networks, and other digital hiring tools.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future business needs.Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate subsequent rounds with internal stakeholders.Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Maintain recruitment dashboards and track key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and source effectiveness.
