This is a unique opportunity for a skilled recruiter to leverage their expertise in talent acquisition and HR operations to drive business success.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and transparent communication with hiring managers.Maintain accurate candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment dashboards to inform data-driven decisions.Post job openings on leading job boards, manage direct candidate outreach, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure seamless hiring processes.HR OperationsOversee the onboarding process, including employee documentation and background verification, to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.Manage accurate employee records and maintain up-to-date HR databases to support informed decision-making.Support attendance, shift rosters, and leave management processes to promote a positive work environment.Assist with payroll coordination and ensure compliance with relevant HR policies.Process & CoordinationDevelop and maintain efficient HR and TA SOPs to streamline processes and enhance productivity.Prepare regular MIS and recruitment reports to provide insights into talent acquisition performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, and Training, to drive business outcomes.Contribute to employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business growth and development.
