About the PositionWe are seeking a skilled professional to fill a Talent Acquisition Associate role in our organization. As an entry-level position, you will contribute to the overall success of our recruitment processes by assisting in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various positions.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms.Reviewing applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.Communicating with candidates to schedule interviews and provide updates on their application status.Assisting with drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements.Maintaining and updating candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Coordinating and supporting interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.Supporting efforts to promote our company culture and values through social media and recruitment campaigns.Assisting in organizing recruitment events, such as recruitment drives or campus hiring initiatives.Ensuring proper documentation and compliance with hiring policies.RequirementsBachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
