Role Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Lead to take charge of our marketing vision and execution. This role requires a mix of strategic planning, hands-on content creation, and team leadership. You’ll be responsible for preparing and managing our events calendar, developing the marketing and content calendar, and crafting and refining a comprehensive content marketing strategy. This is a hands-on position where you’ll actively create and edit content, run performance marketing campaigns, manage CRM via social channels, and collaborate with influencers to drive customer engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Content Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute a robust marketing and events calendar, aligning with our brand's unique identity and audience.
Content Creation & Editing : Create, refine, and prepare content (videos, photos) for social media, ensuring high quality for posting. Experience with visual enhancement tools, AI tools, and post-production editing is essential.
Performance Marketing : Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms to boost engagement and conversions.
Social CRM & Conversion : Engage with our audience on social media (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.), driving conversions and building relationships.
Influencer & UGC Campaigns : Build partnerships with influencers and drive user-generated content campaigns to increase brand visibility.
Podcast Production : Oversee and participate in creating and editing podcast content to expand brand reach.
SEO & E-Commerce Strategy : Apply SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and ensure our e-commerce platform draws continuous attention.

Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in marketing with hands-on content creation skills (video and image editing).
Expertise in content enhancement tools and AI for social media-ready visuals.
Strong background in performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
Familiarity with social CRM and conversion tactics via Instagram, WhatsApp, and more.
Experience in influencer marketing and user-generated content campaigns.
Knowledge of podcast production and SEO is a plus.
Self-starter with the ability to lead by example, take ownership, and work collaboratively with in-store teams.
