is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities for the company and do long-term strategizing in a fast-paced environment.

Office Location :

Gulmohar Enclave (near Green Park Metro Station), New Delhi

Preferred skills and qualificationsMaster's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related fieldLeadership experience having led successful end-to-end marketing campaigns involving both search and social mediaProficiency with performance marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to: Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahref, Meta Business Suite, etc

Role Objectives

1) Strategic Planning & PositioningEstablish a clear brand positioning and identify target audiences to design impactful marketing strategies.Develop comprehensive marketing plans with measurable objectives, tailored to various channels and customer segments.

2) Leadership in Campaign ManagementTake full ownership of marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, including budget planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and drive project success, while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

3) Data-Driven Decision MakingAnalyze customer insights, industry trends, and market data to shape effective strategies.Maintain analytics reporting across platforms to derive actionable insights, enabling continuous improvement of campaigns.

4) End-to-End ExecutionPartner with creative teams to design, test, and refine campaigns and lead-nurturing strategies.Oversee the seamless execution of marketing programs, ensuring delivery on objectives and ROI targets.

5) Entrepreneurial LeadershipAct as a key driver of growth by demonstrating initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to lead and inspire teams.Develop business plans for campaigns, set clear budgets, monitor execution closely, and adapt strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.

6)Innovation and AdaptabilityLeverage the latest marketing tools and best practices to ensure cutting-edge execution.Continuously test, measure, and evolve campaigns to maximize impact and stay ahead in a dynamic market.
