Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job OverviewSeeking a seasoned Healthcare Recruiter to join our team and support U.S. hospital and clinical staffing needs.Key Responsibilities:Identify, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals for U.S. hospitals and medical facilities.Specialize in clinical roles such as X-ray Technicians, Respiratory Therapists (RRT), CT Technicians, Ultrasound Technologists, Physical Therapists, Registered Nurses, Pharmacists, Case Managers, ER Technicians, Unit Leaders, Radiology/Mammography Technologists, Medical Social Workers, and similar positions.Understand and work with U.S. tax terms, including W2, C2C, and 1099.Evaluate candidate eligibility based on visa types such as H1B, H4 EAD, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC.Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines effectively.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely submissions.Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Be proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS tools, and sourcing platforms.Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills.Requirements:1–5 years of experience in U.S. Healthcare Recruitment is mandatory.Familiarity with U.S. clinical job titles and hospital staffing is required.Knowledge of U.S. tax terms and work visas is essential.Strong communication and sourcing skills are necessary.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment is crucial.Preferred Qualifications:Experience hiring for clinical and allied healthcare roles in high-volume environments is desirable.Previous experience in an RPO/Staffing/Agency model is advantageous.Knowledge of credentialing, background checks, and healthcare compliance requirements is beneficial.Benefits and Opportunities:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Professional growth in a rapidly scaling organization.Supportive team environment and structured training opportunities.Chance to work with prestigious U.S. hospitals and healthcare networks.
