Job Family:Human Capital Business Partners (India)Travel Required:Up to 25%Clearance Required:NoneWhat You Will Do: Oversee and actively participate in the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiationManage all operational aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation reviews, transfers, and exit formalitiesManage retention, performance appraisal, compensation and rewards, employee engagement, talent development, career and succession planning, as well as mentoring and coaching.Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.Promote a positive work environment by encouraging open communication and collaboration.Oversee performance appraisal systems and support managers in delivering feedback.Identify and evaluate training needs and programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.Respond to employee inquiries about benefits and compensation.Resolve complex employee relations issues and handle grievances.Collaborate with segment leaders and employees to strengthen work relationships, boost morale, and increase productivity and retention.Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning activities.Consult with the leadership team and provide HR guidance.Analyze HR trends and metrics.Offer HR policy guidance and recommend new HR strategiesOversee and coordinate administrative activities for the locationWhat You Will Need:Postgraduate or Graduate degree in HR or related field5 to 7 years'  of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record in both talent acquisition and HR operations.
