About Us:

Elior India is a leading player in the corporate catering and hospitality sector, dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences and top-notch service. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our team and help articulate our brand story through compelling content.


Purpose:

The overall purpose is to lead the Marketing, Communication initiatives and create brand awareness. Developing marketing campaigns aligned with Elior India business goals.


Requirements:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, client engagement and revenue growth.
  • Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, public relations, print media and event planning.
  • Organizing and oversee branding/communication campaigns and print media.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams for branding across all channels.
  • Analyze market trends, track campaign performance, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Market research and competition mapping. Guide the sales team to arrange for competitor information (services, campaigns etc.) and aid in market understanding.
  • Managing press releases
  • Collaborating with PR agencies to market the brand.
  • Branding internally for existing and new clients.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions for internal and external projects related to branding
  • Coordinate Public Relations and outreach initiatives, including media & press releases, company announcements, etc.
  • To track actual spends and ensure costs are within the overall budget allocated.


Qualification and Skills Required:

  • Graduate/MBA
  • Overall 8+ of experience in developing marketing strategies and communication, from preferred industries like Food Services, Catering, Hotels, Hospitality & facilities & FMCG.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Strong on interpersonal relationships.
  • Strong background in marketing.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • A proven track record of creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns


Note: The role may require travel between multiple sites.
