Position Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager (USA Healthcare Marketing) (depending on your experience level) to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of USA-healthcare market, preferably with marketing technology solutions, a proven track record of building and executing marketing strategies. This role will drive our marketing efforts in both the US and global markets and work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Marketing Strategy :
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches and enhancements.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to refine marketing tactics.
2.Brand Management :
- Elevate and maintain the Ankr Health brand, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all channels.
- Create compelling narratives around our products and services, positioning Ankr Health as a leader in healthcare technology.
3.Digital Marketing :
- Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including website management, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
- Utilize data analytics to track performance, measure ROI, and optimize digital marketing initiatives.
4.Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition :
- Develop and execute lead generation programs, including targeted campaigns, webinars, events, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create a seamless customer acquisition strategy and nurture the sales pipeline.
5.Product Marketing :
- Work closely with product and clinical teams to develop marketing strategies that align with product roadmaps.
- Create product marketing materials, including sales enablement tools, case studies, whitepapers, and product guides.
6.Team Leadership :
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
7.Budget Management :
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with 5+ years spent with healthcare clients
- 3+ years of experience working in a global/USA-based company for the USA market
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and achieving business objectives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor a high-performing team.
- Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, lead generation, and brand management.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
