About the Role:The key responsibility of this position is to manage employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement and offboarding experiences.This includes partnering with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, contributing to process improvements, knowledge base creation and HR automation projects.Responsibilities:Drive high-touch onboarding and offboarding experiences by working closely with the team to create personalized onboarding plans and ensure a seamless transition for new employees.Organize and execute engagement programs, recognition events and culture initiatives that foster a culture of inclusion, transparency and high engagement.Provide exceptional support to employees through prompt response to queries and needs, ensuring their experience is positive and productive.Manage employee data, documentation and lifecycle updates in all HR tools, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all operational workflows.Ensure compliance with internal policies around company asset and data management.Partner with payroll teams to manage leaves, reimbursements and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Contribute to process improvements, knowledge base creation and HR automation projects to drive efficiency and productivity.Requirements:Strong understanding of HR principles, processes and best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Benefits:Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the organization's culture and employee experience.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Ongoing learning and development opportunities.
