Admission Counselor RoleThe Admission Counselor will handle admission inquiries through various channels, counsel parents and students regarding curriculum and school facilities, conduct campus tours, maintain student records, coordinate with academic and administrative teams, follow up with leads, assist in organizing admission campaigns, prepare and submit reports, and ensure accurate document collection.Key Responsibilities:Handle admission-related inquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and online platforms.Counsel parents and students regarding curriculum, school facilities, teaching methodology, and admission procedures.Conduct campus tours for prospective parents and students.Maintain and update student inquiry and admission records in the school management system.Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams for entrance tests, interviews, and admission formalities.Follow up with leads and ensure conversion from inquiry to admission.Assist in organizing admission campaigns, open houses, and promotional events.Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly admission reports to the management.Ensure all admission documents and fee payments are accurately collected and recorded.Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service to all prospective families.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Education or related field.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational and time management skills.BenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
