Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary at KCP IRON PRIVATE LIMITED in Bhubaneswar. The Company Secretary will be responsible for maintaining statutory and regulatory compliance, facilitating board meetings & coordinating with the Board of Directors, ensuring proper governance practices within the company.
Qualifications & ExperienceMust be member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with atleast 8 years of experienceThorough knowledge on Legal compliance, Corporate Governance, and Company LawExcellent organizational and time management skillsMust have excellent skill in corresponding in English.Strong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAttention to detail and accuracy in documentationProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsExperience in the mining industry is a plus but not mandatory
