Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary at KCP IRON PRIVATE LIMITED in Bhubaneswar. The Company Secretary will be responsible for maintaining statutory and regulatory compliance, facilitating board meetings & coordinating with the Board of Directors, ensuring proper governance practices within the company.
Qualifications & Experience
- Must be member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with atleast 8 years of experience
- Thorough knowledge on Legal compliance, Corporate Governance, and Company Law
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must have excellent skill in corresponding in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in the mining industry is a plus but not mandatory
