Executive Assistant

Work Experience:
- Should have 2-5 years of experience as an assistant or secretary to the MD of a company.
Job Role:
- Managing Schedules and Appointments: Organizing the CEO's daily schedule, including
meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. They need to ensure that the CEO's time is
used efficiently.
- Communication Management: Handling incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of
what needs the CEO's attention.
- Document Preparation and Management: Drafting, editing, and organizing important
documents such as reports, presentations, and meeting agendas. They often handle
confidential information and must ensure its security.
- Meeting Coordination: Arranging and preparing for meetings, including setting agendas,
organizing meeting logistics, and sometimes taking minutes during meetings.
- Liaison Role: Acting as a liaison between the CEO and other staff members, external clients, and
stakeholders. They may relay messages, coordinate joint projects, and ensure smooth
communication.
- Travel Arrangements: Planning and organizing travel itineraries, including flights,
accommodations, and transportation. They also manage the necessary travel documents like
visas and tickets.
- Expense Management: Handling the CEO's business-related expenses, ensuring they are
properly documented and submitted for reimbursement.
- Project Management Assistance: Assisting in managing or overseeing projects by keeping track
of progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality, as
they often deal with sensitive information about the company, its employees, and its business
strategies.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Performing various ad hoc tasks as needed, which can range from personal
errands to more professional responsibilities.
Educational Qualification:
- Should have graduated from a secretarial college or related experience.
Skills Set Required:
- Excellent Follow up Skills is the most important requirement.
- Should have working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially EXCEL and Word.
- Good Command over English.
- Shorthand Preferable.
Others:
- Age Should be 40+ Years.
- Married, preferably with kids.
- Staying 45 minutes travelling time from your office
- Should be honest & loyal.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
