This role is ideal for someone who combines instructional design expertise with a passion for learner-centric innovation and digital storytelling.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Design & DevelopmentConduct basic to intermediate needs analysis to align learning solutions with business and learner goalsDesign and develop interactive, application-focused training content for digital and blended formatsCreate compelling instructional materials, visuals, and assessments using modern instructional strategiesLead or support storyboarding, content authoring, and multimedia development for self-paced and instructor-led programsApply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to build engaging and effective learning experiencesWrite in clear, learner-friendly language tailored to diverse audiences and rolesCollaboration & Content CreationWork independently or within curriculum teams to develop and test instructional materialsCollaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex topics into impactful training contentPartner with senior designers and multimedia teams to conceptualize visuals, animations, and audio/video scriptsReview peer-developed content and contribute ideas for new courses and learning programsSupport promotional efforts by crafting course descriptions and rollout contentTools & TechnologyDesign and build digital learning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similarMaintain organized documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including version control and asset trackingContribute to the development of Instructor-Led Training (ILT) materials and virtual classroom assetsQualifications & Experience2–5 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or digital learningFamiliarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theoriesHands-on experience with authoring tools and multimedia platformsStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentEssentials:Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
