Amazon is looking for a seasoned business development manager who can build a 'scalable program' to help accelerate growth of beauty brands on Amazon & adopt Amazon Advertising solutions that improve brand success.Key job responsibilities- Owning advertiser product adoption, Ad revenue adoption and Brand success goals [Topline, P&L responsibility].- Building scaled-initiatives using a multi-channel approach. [Examples: Automated Ad campaign recommendation tools, partnerships with other seller facing Amazon teams etc]- Determining the long-term strategy for growth and driving end-to-end execution.- Combining insights from large data with first hand insights to define need based segments.- Scale and set-up automated/ semi-automated processes that work at scale to accelerate growth of Large beauty advertisers.- Leveraging partner teams to drive account management excellence and unlock incremental value [Ads Revenue].- Periodically monitoring and reviewing performance and taking corrective actions.About the teamAdvertising is a strategic bet for Amazon and is one of the fastest growing business units within Amazon India. This role is a part of Large Customer Sales [LCS}' team that works with Top beauty brands on to build their brand presence using Amazon Ads.Basic Qualifications:- 3+ years of sales experience- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software- Experience in advertising- Experience in DSP/ad network salesPreferred Qualifications:- Experience building high-velocity ad products- Experience working in e-commerceOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
